This course focuses on building a team that can work sincerely together as friends. Its highlight is to create a direct experience for learners through practical activities and, as if, a reality game which is a teaching innovation that has been acknowledged by participants as a training course on leadership development and collaborative learning according to Constructionism guidance and Learning Organization. It is said to be one of the “most bizarre and fun” courses in Thailand.

Instead of sitting and listening in a meeting room, learning activities in this workshop create a direct experience resulting in understanding of working together in the midst of diversity. It does not only create coordination skills for a team member to work with a diverse group of people who have different ideas but also allow learners to have flexible thinking and be ready to integrate the differences to become the strengths that are unique to the team. Course activities are designed for learners to understand thinking process, learn various things and behaviors, interact with others, brain-related and psychologically matters as well as group processes through observation, analyzation, and dialogue conversation.

The course is taught and designed by a group of learning experts who have worked in Learning Designer for more than 20 years. They are also adherents who worked directly with the master of Constructionism (Prof.Seymour Papert) and the 5th Discipline and Foundation of Leadership (Prof. Perter Senge) since 2001.
